Taurex™ steel banding is very tough and is used for securing extra heavy items and shipments.
Ribbon wound steel strapping is single wound forming a coil the same width as the strap. The coils are spot welded at the ends and strapped to prevent them springing apart prior to use. Oscillation or mill wound steel is criss-cross wound onto a 63.5mm width core. Speak to our customer care team for advice on our range of tools and equipment available for safely applying steel strapping, either using metal seals or making a seal-less join.
Taurex™ steel strapping conforms to BondMark™ international packaging standards guaranteeing consistent strength and performance. It is available in either black painted or zinc coated finish for added durability.
